delivery & returns
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, stock permitting. Many of our items arrive within 24 hours. Unlike some internet shops, we strive to keep all items on our website in stock. However if any part of your order is out of stock we will notify you accordingly and send the item/s as soon as possible at no additional charge.
We try to keep our standard postal packaging to a minimum and recycle packing materials where possible as we care about our environment.
If you are buying a present and would like your purchase gift wrapped with a gift tag and delivered to a third party we will be happy to do this for you for an extra £2.00. Please let us know when ordering. We will still need your full details so that we can send you a receipt.
Our standard UK delivery cost is £3.95. Parcels are sent via first class Royal Mail (recorded delivery). If you are not available to collect your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card to say where you can collect it from. Please ensure that you collect your parcel within seven days as it will only be held for this long before being returned to us. We are sorry but if we have to arrange redelivery from our main warehouse this will incur a postage charge to cover our additional costs.
Exceptionally heavy items will be sent by parcel post.
If you need your purchases urgently we can usually offer an express delivery service. Please email us for details.

Our customers are able to place orders through our secure online shop using a credit or debit card (we accept all major debit and credit cards). Just select the 'pay by protx' option at checkout. We are also able to accept cheque payments. If you choose to pay by cheque you will be given a sales invoice to print and send to us with your cheque (made payable to ‘zoo tots’ to wellington house, 3 exhims mews, darrs lane, northchurch, herts hp4 3ra). Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque and we will despatch your items as soon as your cheque has cleared.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within fourteen days of purchase in its original condition and we will arrange to replace or refund as requested. We recommend using recorded delivery or obtaining a certificate of posting as we are sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
We are unable to refund return posting unless the item is faulty.

Payments made to zoo tots are processed through Protx secure payments. Protx adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening to ensure that customer details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
